Wrigley Building and North Ave Beach Portrait Session | Becky and Kaleb | Chicago, IL

Wrigley Building Portrait Session

When we found out that we would be traveling to Chicago, we did not know the beauty that downtown and North Avenue Beach would have in store for us. From the beautiful (and well maintained) buildings (like the Wrigley Building and LondonHouse), to the boats on Lake Michigan to the deep blue water of the Chicago River. This Wrigley Building portrait session shows it all.

Our eyes always had something new to find, and if we were able to walk the coastlines and downtown with Becky and Kaleb more than we already had, we would could have spent all day photographing these two in a city that we love. (And we would have done it in a heartbeat!)

Downtown Chicago has it all.

After starting the session at the Wrigley Building, we made our way down to the Chicago Riverwalk. Seriously- it was the perfect plan for this Chicago session. Becky and Kaleb were absolute naturals. With every photo that we took of them, their love and friendship radiated around them. Honestly- making it from the Wrigley Building to North Ave. was almost a difficult task because we just couldn’t stop finding new amazing locations along the way (like the Riverwalk and the Trump International Hotel & Tower).

Which gave us a little deja vu…

Because just two days prior, we had just been at the Trump International Hotel for a wedding. But the truth is, when a building has the views that the Trump Tower has, we were more than happy to go back before finally making our way over to North Avenue Beach.

And even though no matter where we looked we found more and more incredible sights, our favorite part of the whole session wasn’t the scenery.

It was getting to witness the amazing love that Becky and Kaleb share.

From their contagious smiles and giggles to their incredibly loving embraces, every single moment of their session was absolute perfection. (And y’all- can we take a moment of silence for Kaleb’s suits? Jordon definitely has some inspiration next time he goes shopping now!)

Becky and Kaleb, thank you so much for being so loving, patient, and caring. We are so incredibly thankful to have had the chance to get to know you two, and we cannot wait to see Becky at United this year. Photography always seems to have this way of bringing some of the most amazing people into our lives, and you two are no exception to that. We are cheering you two and your love on, and cannot wait to see what your future holds.

Hugs and lots of love,

Shauna and Jordon
