Downtown Safety Harbor Sunset Engagement Session

They held hands as they walked under a canopy of moss lined oak trees. They made all of Safety Harbor jealous of them as love beamed from their eyes at one another. The kind of love that others think only exists in movies. That others can only dream of.

The kind of love that a Cooney Couple shares.

And we have to be honest… after photographing Amanda and Andrew together, we left feeling so elated to have the two of them in our lives. To be able to witness their love and friendship. The love and friendship that thrives around their two fur babies, the University of Central Florida Knights, and a good glass of wine and craft beer. His and hers style.

The kind of love that enjoys the little things.

Like going out to dinner together after their engagement session as a date night. Or snuggling on the couch. The kind of love that could care less about where they are or what they are doing…. just as long as they are doing it together.

The kind of love that knows what really matters.

Like marrying your best friend in front of your friends and family. In the town that they call their own. At Fenway Hotel in Dunedin… (conveniently) named after Amanda’s baseball team’s stadium. (Amanda we totally see what you did there- and girl… we love it!)

The kind of love that endures.

Because the truth is? After only a few minutes, we knew immediately that Amanda and Andrew have many years ahead together. Because the patience, adoration, and friendship that they so evidently share is the kind of love and friendship that builds a legacy that will last the test of time.

Amanda and Andrew, thank you so much for running all over Downtown Safety Harbor with us, for changing in our pop-up tent like champions, and for walking all over Philippe Park as we chased the most epic light ever for your session (because you two literally deserve nothing but the best). We are so incredibly excited for your wedding day to be here. We cannot wait to photograph all the details. All the giggles. All the tears. To photograph the day that you  begin your legacy of love. The day that you marry your best friend.

Hugs and lots of love,

Shauna and Jordon
