Dusty Blue Wedding | The Vault | Tampa, Florida

The day swirled by. An emotional and intimate first look. A beautiful ceremony at The Vault in front of their friends and family- filled with laughter and tears. Moments shared with their bridal parties and families. But now, it was finally just the two of them. Together.

Even though they technically weren’t alone.

Two photographers and a videographer doesn’t quite constitute as “alone time”, but for Cassandra and Michael, any time that they have each other… it is like it is only the two of them and their love are in the room.

We’ll never forget the first time that we met Cassandra and Michael. Their massive smiles staring back at us. Their eyes lighting up as they looked at one another. They shared their love story with us. Their proposal… all of it. And never- not at any point- have we ever questioned their love, passion, and commitment towards one another. And anyone who has met these two beautiful souls will tell you the same thing.

Cassandra and Michael have the kind of love that authors write about.

The kind of love that can make a room full of people feel like they aren’t even there. Because the way that Cassandra and Michael look at each other… it’s like they are all one another sees. The kind of love that can make couples portraits feel like it is just the two of them. Like a piece of the universe is aligning. A time-stopping, heart fluttering, once in a lifetime alignment.

Because their love is that cosmic.

The way that Michael looks at Cassandra… like he is looking at his heart- completely existing outside of his chest- or the way that Cassandra smiles as she admires the tenderness and strength that Michael brings to those around him… those are things that you cannot miss. It’s like seeing half of a person’s heart existing outside of their body. Standing there, staring directly back at them. Like Cassandra and Michael were always destined to love one another.

Cassandra and Michael, your relationship with, and love for, one another will always be one that we never forget. When we say that our couples marry their best friends, you two genuinely define and embody this love so perfectly. Because even through your flaws (though we are still trying to figure out if either of you two have any flaws at all!), you two choose to love one another. Every day. From helping share the workload of planning a wedding to supporting each others goals and careers… you two are not only going to be an incredible husband and wife, but you are going to be incredible friends, role models, and parents. We love the two of you so incredibly much and we are so thankful to have met you both and to not only call you a #cooneycouple, but friends. We are so honored to be able to say that our couples are equally beautiful inside and out- and that is especially true for the two of you. 💕

Hugs and lots of love,

Shauna and Jordon
